    Pale straw in colour with green hues, the Barossa Valley Estate E Minor Chardonnay reveals lifted aromas of rip citrus with very faint background oak. This chardonnay has a firm fruit driven palate with a touch of creaminess, finished crisply with citrus and apricot notes.

    A deep, earthen red colour in the glass, E Minor Shiraz exudes aromas of lifted black and red fruit, subtle oak and a touch of maturity. Expect a ripe a rich mid palate with some texture, and a well rounded mouth feel, a soft tannin backbone with a smooth, soft finish.

    Ebenezer Shiraz

    Deep blood red in appearance with quick purple hues, and a nose of lifted black cherries and plums with chocolate, mocha, pepper and some toast caramel oak tones. The palate is full, rich and ripe with firm flesh, concentration, and ripe rounded tannins. The finish is clean and long with fresh friut flavours persisting well.

    E & E Black Pepper Shiraz

    A deep, dark, blood red with purple hues in the glass, the E&E Black Pepper Shiraz exudes aromas of dark chocolate, cherry blossom, black cherry and tar. Also on the nose; lifted cherry, leather and oak. The palate affirms the nose with a rich and ripe, full bodied mouthfeel that lingers persistently.

    E & E Black Pepper Sparkling Shiraz

    Deep crimson red in appearance, with a slight hue of age and a fine bead of bubble. Aromas of lifted cherry, chocolate, plum and spice are present, with subtle background oak support. The palate is rich and full, with a vibrant mouthfeel and great length of fruit and oak. A soft finish rounds off this superb example of a well balanced sparkling shiraz. With careful cellaring this wine will improve for up to 5 years after release.
