From his earliest days, Scott has been keen on the outdoors. You'll often find him on the river or out in the hills, but his first love is the vineyards. He wanted to be a winemaker from the age of seventeen, and apart from a brief stint with the grain as a brewmaster, he has always worked with the grape. As Director of Winemaking, Scott tastes every barrel to know precisely when and how to craft each wine, thus ensuring he is completely satisfied that each of his wines are superb examples of their kind.
