Creating high quality wines that will be 'prized in the markets of the world' was the ambition of Bill Hardy's great, great grandfather Thomas, since 1853. The Thomas Hardy Cabernet Sauvignon, Eileen Hardy Chardonnay and Shiraz are just three in a distinguished line since then. Bill Hardy is another. And while Paul doesn't share the Hardy name, as far as his ambitions go, he's one of the family.
