It's not easy stepping into Jack Mann's shoes. As Ross, Houghton winemaker since 1999, agrees. After all, Jack's contribution to 51 Houghton vintages not only made him Western Australia's most famous winemaker, it also made him an MBE. Jack and Ross's combined talents have also earned Houghton the title of Western Australia's most awarded winery. Ross echoes his predecessor's belief that wine should be 'resplendent with generosity.'
