When Inniskillin first won the greatest international accolade for its 1989 Icewine, the global status of Canadian viticulture was assured. With grapes Bruce painstakingly picks by hand in their natural frozen state, for an 'intensely rich and aromatic nectar', Bruce's 'winter gift to the wine lover' has garnered many a new gold medal since then. But he's still wearing the same old trusty mittens.
