Paul Carpenter grew up on his family's flower farm, so he knows a thing or two about nurturing delicate plants - and fine bouquets. Since joining Tintara as Senior Winemaker, he has continued the tradition of winemaking excellence by striving for the perfect balance of modern technology with the time-honoured methods employed in the winery since the 19th century. Today, thanks to Paul, the Tintara winery remains a testament to quality winemaking and produces some of McLaren Vale's most sought after wines.
